DMS P.AC. will be hosting class photos the morning of March 27 during advisory period. Students who wish to purchase a class photo will bring home the order envelope that day. Orders are due back to the DMS office by April 1. Photos will be delivered to students later in April. All proceeds will go to the DMS P.A.C. so they may continue their work supporting DMS! #kit2cat

There’s a new kind of March Madness coming to town!
Each year, scientists at Arizona State University host March Mammal Madness (MMM) — a fun, science-based tournament where animals from around the world (both living and extinct!) compete in a bracket-style challenge.
But here’s the twist…
👉 It’s not just about who is “bigger” or “stronger.”
👉 Winners are determined using real science!
👉 Habitat, behavior, adaptations, and survival traits all matter.

¡Nos complace invitarlos a una oportunidad especial solo para padres de estudiantes de ESL!

El lunes 23 de febrero, durante las conferencias de padres y maestros en la escuela secundaria, ofreceremos una capacitación gratuita sobre cómo usar un programa gratuito en la computadora diseñado específicamente para ayudar a los padres a aprender inglés.

Este programa se puede usar en casa y es una excelente manera para que los padres practiquen y mejoren sus habilidades en inglés.

Ofreceremos dos sesiones de capacitación:

• 4:00 p.m.
• 5:30 p.m.

Cada sesión durará aproximadamente una hora y se llevará a cabo en el Salón 100 de la escuela secundaria.
Les recomendamos que asistan a una de estas sesiones para aprender cómo acceder y utilizar este recurso tan útil.
